This is a grounded expression of Brazilian specialty coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro, produced by D Barbosa at Fazenda Sucurí. A coffee that reflects the strength of a certified origin, combining traceability, environmental responsibility and a profile built on balance and reliability.
Grown at 1040 meters in the microterroir of Pântano in Patrocínio MG, this 100% Arabica Red Catuaí develops with clarity under well-defined seasons and careful post-harvest control. The natural process enhances sweetness and body, while preserving the classic identity of the region.
From harvest to drying, every step follows a precise rhythm. Cherries are carefully selected and dried on cement patios for 11 days, allowing sugars to concentrate and structure to develop. The result is a consistent and well-defined cup, shaped by both process and terroir.
In the cup, this coffee is comforting and structured, with a classic Brazilian profile. Notes of chocolate lead the experience, supported by a deep sweetness and full body. The low acidity keeps the profile smooth and accessible, delivering a balanced and satisfying cup.
