Ever wondered what coffee tastes like beyond the bean? Our SOLO Burundi Cascara offers a unique and refreshing experience, made from the dried coffee cherry husk. Naturally sweet and fruity, this cascara brews into a vibrant infusion, perfect for those looking to explore coffee in a whole new way.

How It’s Made

The cascara is prepared with care and simplicity. After coffee cherries are depulped, the skins are collected and placed on raised beds to dry. Once they reach 10-12% moisture, they are carefully bagged and stored, preserving their rich aromas and delicate flavors.

How to Brew

Brewing cascara is easy and rewarding! Here’s our recommended recipe:
🔸 6g of cascara
🔸 200ml of water at 93°C

1️⃣ Rinse the cascara with hot water (93°C) to enhance the flavors.
2️⃣ Add the full 200ml of hot water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
3️⃣ Strain and enjoy your naturally sweet, fruity infusion!
