This community lot is produced by a network of smallholder farmers under the Nariño Producers collective. The region's high elevation, cool nights, and rich volcanic soil provide ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation — key to flavor development. After selective hand-picking, the cherries are fully washed and sun-dried, a traditional process that preserves clarity and vibrancy in the cup.
