The Brasil Native Blend is a tribute to the depth, sweetness and unmistakable character of Brazilian specialty coffee. Created by SOLO roaster Dani Cassiano, this blend brings together two expressive lots of Yellow Catuaí from Carmo do Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, carefully roasted to highlight the warmth and richness that define Brazil’s coffee heritage.

Both coffees come from the work of producer Danilo Barbosa, whose dedication to experimentation and quality has placed his coffees among some of the most exciting emerging profiles in Brazilian specialty coffee. Through anaerobic fermentation, these lots develop a deeper sweetness and layered fruit character, adding a contemporary twist to a classic Brazilian variety.

In the cup, Brasil Native Blend is comforting and indulgent, with a naturally sweet profile that feels both familiar and refined. Expect notes of chocolate, rapadura and ripe peach, unfolding in a smooth, balanced structure with a creamy body and lingering sweetness.

This blend reflects the idea of Brazil interpreted through modern processing and thoughtful roasting, preserving the comforting identity of Brazilian coffee while revealing new dimensions of flavor.
