How Itās Made
The cascara is prepared with care and simplicity. After coffee cherries are depulped, the skins are collected and placed on raised beds to dry. Once they reach 10-12% moisture, they are carefully bagged and stored, preserving their rich aromas and delicate flavors.
How to Brew
Brewing cascara is easy and rewarding! Hereās our recommended recipe:
šø 6g of cascara
šø 200ml of water at 93°C
1ļøā£ Rinse the cascara with hot water (93°C) to enhance the flavors.
2ļøā£ Add the full 200ml of hot water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
3ļøā£ Strain and enjoy your naturally sweet, fruity infusion!
