Freshly Roasted at SOLO Brewing Lisboa, by your own Adroaldo, this is the most juicy Brazil we have ever encountered. This is a very difficult trait in a Brazilian coffee, achieved by our friends at Fazenda Cachoeira, with their experimental fermentation.
With red fruits base, a very high juicy acidity, there where no other name to be given!. This will make you second guess it's origin, remembering a very distinguished Ethiopian.
It will reveal even more of it's fruitiness in espresso, and is our main coffee for espresso based drinks at the coffee shop!
A must try!

Notes from the supplier:
âRaonĂâ in Tupi-Guarani means champion and great warrior. Our RaonĂs are our best lots and carry the innate bravery of these native peoples. Like every Brazilian who never gives up, RaonĂ represents the tireless search for the highest quality and the best coffees that our terroir allows us.
In four of the last six years, RaonĂ DBarbosa's coffees have been among the finalists for the best coffees in Brazil in the Cup of Excellence competition, the country's largest quality competition. In 2021, RaonĂ even won the COE for the best coffee in Brazil, in addition to 3 other awards in the same year. We are always among the finalists and winning quality awards, including: PrĂȘmio RegiĂŁo Cerrado Mineiro, PrĂȘmios Carpec and Expocaccer, PrĂȘmios Florada Premiada, among others.
