The East Africa Blend is a vibrant meeting of two remarkable coffees from the African continent, thoughtfully composed by SOLO’s roaster Dani Cassiano. By bringing together distinct origins, varieties and processing methods, this blend captures the expressive character that makes East African coffees so captivating.

At its core are two exceptional lots: a washed Landrace coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia, known for its clarity and floral elegance, and a naturally processed Geisha from Acacia Hills, celebrated for its aromatic complexity and ripe fruit sweetness. Together, they form a cup that is both structured and lively, a balance of precision and exuberance.

In the cup, expect a delicate yet vibrant profile. Floral aromatics lead the way, followed by notes of vanilla and ripe peach, layered with the bright sweetness of caramelized orange. The washed component brings clarity and lift, while the natural Geisha adds depth and roundness, creating a cup that is expressive, elegant and beautifully balanced.

This blend reflects Dani’s approach to roasting and blending: highlighting the identity of each coffee while crafting a profile that feels cohesive, dynamic and memorable.
