From the heart of Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro, Ponte Funda is SOLO Brewing’s newest expression of a truly traceable, terroir-rich specialty coffee. Grown at 1,030 MASL in Carmo do Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, this 100% Arabica Yellow Catuaí was harvested with care in July 2024 on the certified Ponte Funda farm.

Ponte Funda is the first farm owned by producer Danilo Barbosa — it’s where his journey into coffee cultivation began, rooted in passion, precision, and a deep connection to the land.

🍍 Tropical twist in the process
This lot underwent a 40-hour anaerobic fermentation with pineapple pulp induction — a technique that enhances natural sweetness and fruity complexity. It was then slow-dried on cement patios for 14 days to ensure consistency and stability.
